Page 8, Part 3, Item 17:
Have you disenrolled, withdrawn from, or requested to be disenrolled from
the public benefit(s)? 只有yes和No两个选项。我从没申请或收到过任何public
benefits，我应该怎么回答呢？感觉选yes或者No都不太合适啊。还是不选空着比较好？
还有Page 11，Part 3，Item 25：
Did you withdraw your application(s) before being certified to receive the
public benefit(s)? 也是类似的问题，感觉是不是只能空着不选了？
