面试时排期倒退，case面试完转到NBC
面试完降级，EB3 I140 pp approval date: 7/8/2020
case was transferred to another USCIS office:9/8/2020
然后马上又状态更新：
New Card Is Being Produced：9/8/2020
写信，网上和电话SR都做了，大概7月底时EB3降级成功，查到case在TSC。8月5号联系
了议员，第二天就收到回复填了privacy的表格，然后就说已经联系USCIS了等回复。8/
11/20 议员转发了USCIS TSC的模板回复，interim report主要讲：According to U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records, your
constituent’s Form I-485 was transferred to the local district office for
interview purposes and has been returned to the USCIS Texas Service Center (
TSC) for file staging purposes only.
At this time, the Form I-485 is pending relocation for a final decision. We
are not able to provide a timeframe for when the Form I-485 will be
relocated. Any applications filed on or after March 6, 2017 will need to be
processed by the National Benefits Center or the constituent’s local field
office.
8/27/20 议员转发了USCIS NBC的模板回复，final report主要讲：
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter.
It appears a visa was immediately available to your constituent at the time
they filed their Form I-485, but became unavailable or retrogressed before
USCIS made a decision on the application. USCIS must withhold a final
decision on your constituent’s Form I-485 until a visa becomes available.
Our records indicate that your constituent’s priority date is now current.
Generally, applications and petitions are processed in the order received,
and the priority date on the underlying visa petition is used to determine
an individual’s place in the visa queue. Your constituent’s case will be
worked in the order received, and once further action is taken, a notice
will be sent to the address of record.
Please note, due to the high volume of visas now available, there are a
large number of cases pending review at this time. Your constituent's case
will be reviewed as soon as possible.
8/25/20 电话tier 1给file了第二个SR：why your case is taking longer than our
processing time，说2周左右给回复。
最后看来，很可能是议员和最后的这个电话sr起作用，虽然最后那个SR网上状态还是没
有assign给officer。
就像很多版友说的，把能做的都做了，然后就只能是顺其自然了。希望以上信息对等卡
的版友们有帮助，非常感谢各位版友/大神们贡献的宝贵经验！来美十一年终于绿了，
中间也是经历了各种焦虑和艰辛，祝大家好运早绿！ |

发帖数: 5 | 6 我当时是emma live agent问出我的class已经变成E37，才知道已经降级了。电话tier
2也是可以问出的。我的降级应该是电话tier 2 sr搞成的，写信的没有任何回复。我当
时是先online sr，没几天我又打电话tier 2，她看见我online已经提交了一个，但还
是给我又交了个sr，虽然后来有个tier 1 agent说一个月只可以提交1次sr。 |
