02/2018 switched job
06/ 2018 start the green card process in my current company
12/2018 filed new perm
04/15 perm is approved, lawyer suggested con-current filing, so we did the
medical exam at that time
RD 05/14/19
FP 06/04/19

RTS 09/25/19 (but only my case, no news about my wife's case)
Interview 10/31/19
During my interview, VO is also very confused that my wife's case is not
scheduled at the same time. He helped to check with his supervisor, they
both told me that someone in TSC screwed up. My interview went smoothly.
Since PD is not current, the VO told me that I am just in the queue waiting
to get the card once my PD is current.
My PD became current in Dec. Then my wife got a RTS notice on Dec 5th,
Interview is then scheduled on 1/15/20.
During her interview, the VO is also confused that why my interview is done
first and not the same time. But she let me in as well. Then we found out
that both our materials are at her desk. She first checked my case, said
the first VO did not finish all of the paperwork, so she asked me a few more
question, then done with my case. After that, she went through the
verification with my wife's case. All is smooth. Since my PD is current in
Jan. She said that she will do some background check on our case, if
nothing comes up, we will get the card in next two weeks.
Our status changed to Card order is processed on 1/15/20 night.
got 485 approval notice on 1/21
got the card on 1/23.
