U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the
priority date of the cases for which your constituents are inquiring is
currently available and that the cases, with other visa available cases, are
in the process to be assigned to an adjudicating officer. Please note that
in the interest of fairness to all applicants, these cases can only be
assigned to an adjudicating officer once they reached their places in queue.
Your constituents may check the status of their case by entering their
receipt number in the Case Status box found at the Check My Case Status
website: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.door by calling the
National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. Your constituents may
also register online for automatic updates by at the Sign-up for Case
Updates website: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/disclaimer.do
We anticipate that within 90 days from the date of this email your
constituents will receive correspondence from USCIS or the Check My Case
Status website will be updated with the current status.
