你那个网页往回一级，有这么一句话
Unless otherwise indicated on www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo, you must use
the “Application Final Action Dates” for determining when you can file a
Form I-485 with USCIS.
说明以这个网页为准
卡在一排二排中间的，最好不要交，要不然大概率被打回
