EB2 PD: 7/2014 4月份交 5月份收到COMBO卡； 现在9月排期倒退， 那么：
1. case不会被review, 一定不会安排面试了？
2. 即使安排面试，也要等到current才会发卡？
3. 需要去downgrade到EB3吗？

Your PD is pretty old, I would say that even if you want to stay in EB2, you
are pretty good there. If you have not done the EB3 downgrade, I would
highly suggest you wait till next month to see the PD schedule in the next
fiscal year and make your decision. But if you already downgraded to EB3,
and you are currently on EB3 track, you can stay in EB3 as well.
1.It will be reviewed, and if you pass BC and everything else is ready, you
can be scheduled for an interview
2.Yes, you are supposed to only get a green card when your PD is concurrent.
