is allowed. DHS told Federal court about final stages of H4 EAD withdrawal
rule. Current H4 EAD will be valid with new ones stopped.
在申请过程中如果出现H4 EAD被政府取消的状况，是不是申请就无效了？ |

you want it. The applications submitted before the final rule date should be
OK.

发帖数: 4965 | 7 Option 1. Apply H-4 and H-4 EAD with H-1B application/renewal/transfer, and
use Premium Processing.
If Option 1 is not available, then
Option 2. Apply H-4 and H-4 EAD as early as possible before your OPT
expiration date (up to 6 months), in I-539 set your H-4 effective date as
late as possible, and highlight your desired H-4 and H-4 EAD starting date
in the cover letter. Even if the H-4 is approved earlier than H-4 EAD, it
may not be effective until the date you choose.
