notice了，但是一直等不到AP寄给我，已经approve 3周了。那我去办emergency AP的
话，还需要带重新填写好的I131吗？还有，请问下severe financial loss 是个什么概
念？我现在是机票酒店什么都定了，损失可能有5000刀。 | a****r
发帖数: 4965 | 2 I don't think you need another I-131, but it doesn't hurt if you bring one
to the infopass.
You need to show your airline and hotel reservation to USCIS officer,
explain you might lose more than $5000 if you have to cancel the trip, and
hope him/her issue an emergency AP for you.
If you are 2-3 weeks away from your departure date, USCIS officer may ask
you to wait a couple more weeks before issuing an emergency AP.
