现在出了新的情况，照顾在hospice阶段的家人这个理由不存在了。去legal
assistance，他们说，uscis没有要求我再次证明照顾家人的原因，所以，不需要提。
现在已经25号了。我刚处理好一些事情。
我现在准备是如此回答的。
1，我写一封信。就说，checklist是什么，下面的每一个项目是满足rfe的什么要求的
。然后，我不提hospice的家人了，因为已经没有这个理由，她也没要求。最后说，请
批准，可以么？
2，房产证，土地证，户口，我都翻译了。但是，她说，The translator must certify
that the translation is accurate and he or she is competent to translate
from that language to English. 这个是要翻译公司出具么？翻译公司，已经翻译了
，但是只有盖章子，没有这个certify。
3，maintenance of status, 她说，我without sufficient evidence to document
that you have been maintaining a valid nonimmigrant status throughout the
previously-approved period and at the time this application was filed.
我的上一个h1b transfer，是2016年12月23日批的，2017年1月5日我就离开美国去
consular processing，在上海，3月11日才回来，才入职。3月11日才入职。因为h1b
签证在上海被check。然后，来了之后，护照2017年9月底到期，所以，公司又file了一
个extension。 所以，又有了一张797A，2017年5月3日给的。然后，12月15日，最后一
天工作。我在2018年2月9日uscis收到我的转b2的申请。现在她说，at the time this
application was filed？ 是要我解释，2月9日的时候，我还有status么？这个专业的
话怎么说呢？
我现在有公司的Payslips从3月13日开始的，还有公司的雇用证明信。
4，proof of residence abroad. 我就用房产证，土地证，户口，来证明。还说要证明
，过去几个月，和未来proposed period of stay期间我如何养活自己。我就要银行出
具个文件，说我有多少多少钱吧？够了么
5，ties to foreign country 这个只有嘴巴说了，如何有什么文件呢？
6，intent to depart US,我就订个美联航，可以refund的机票，可以么？ |

你的最后一天工作日是多久呢？H1 Grace p 不是只有60天吗？
你现在没超过吗？我可以给你一个建议，你回国重新签B2试试 |

看看签证版能不能有人有相关经验。
1. 你的petition letter主体结构（除了日期， 地址，落款之类的），可以考虑说：

2. 可能说的是需要经过公证？
3. 我对新规定60gap不熟。 如果gap期间申请是允许的话，那列举你的雇佣信，
pay stubs（特别是最后几个月的）, 能证明你last working date的证据。然后引用60
天的官方
条款和你original application filling date来说明你一直保持status。具体措辞你

发帖数: 1383 | 15 更新，27日。我终于知道为什么uscis怀疑我的maintenance of status了，因为我10月
15日到11月15日，公司给我的unpaid，我用的PFL， paid family leave从加州政府拿
的钱。所以，她也许怀疑我失去了status。
那我这个算失去了status么？10月15日到11月15日期间？ |
