我问律师：怎么确认我在eb3的track上，并且保证priority date正确。下面是

We filed your cases in the EB-3 category, using your approved EB-3 I-140.
Additionally, if USCIS were to mistakenly think your case was being
submitted under EB-2, they will reject your application entirely and send it
back to us. We expect USCIS to accept the case, and issue I-485 receipt
notices indicating that you are being processed under EB-3. Your priority
date and EB category should be printed on the receipt notices. The Service
should automatically link your I-485 application to whichever employment-
based category is current as you benefit from both EB-2 and EB-3 categories.
Many applicants feel that having an attorney submit a specific request in
this regard helps to facilitate the process, and we are happy to assist. If
you would like us to file a specific letter with USCIS, we would do so at a
rate of $550.00
1. 有必要交钱让律师file一个service request吗？这个步骤是必须的吗？我考古了一
下，别的帖子是说把eb3的140 link到eb2的485上。我的情况是485直接是用批准了的
eb3的140，还需要link吗？请大牛解惑！
2. link后有什么坏处吗？比如之后eb2比eb3快了，是不是还得重新link？
3.另外，估计eb3马上要倒退了，需要做link的话是现在做，还是等之后重新current以
后再做？

发帖数: 4965 | 2 1、等你拿到485的Receipt，查看上面的PD和Category就知道你是在EB2还是EB3了，没
必要花钱让律师link。
2、3、如果EB3退了，要等EB2 Current了，再做Relink。不过到时候要看情况，前两年
有人2323搞了好几遍Relink，最后还是在EB3上绿的。

EB3虽然退了，10月就会重来，从目前来看，14年的PD还是绿在3类的可能性大。 |

我pd是14年9月，是不是eb3绿的可能性更大？
