有几点想说的：
1. 当大家骂移民局骂奥本骂民主党骂共和党的同时，别忘了FBI. 可能很多时候FBI
background check是真正的bottleneck。比如我的case，18年才current，17年11月底
就issue RFE了；renew combo card的时候不到60天就批下来了。不过到最后从RRFE到
assign officer时间有点长，但是assign officer两天之后就批了。所以我感觉我的
case如果说真正的bottleneck一个是等排期，一个就是background check。只要
background check过了，USCIS还是会提前一个多月issue RFE的
2. 本来以为只要RFE了就一直assign officer了，后来才发现RRFE之后还要重新排队，
重新等assign officer。这点上来说面试真的太造福大众了，至少能省掉第二次等
assign officer的时间。我RRFE到重新assign officer足足等了一个半月。
终于不用刷visa bulletin了，也不用关心inventory了。但是，我仍然报名了起诉DOS
浪费中国名额，该捐款时绝不会犹豫。 |
