An initial review of evidence submitted with your application to register
permanent residence or adjust status determined that evidence submitted is
not sufficient to complete adjudication for the following reasons:
A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted.
You will be required to submit information and evidence to overcome the
aforementioned deficiencies at a later date. Please follow these
instructions:
If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring information
to address these issues to your interview appointment.
Do not mail documents. Mailing documents to this office may result in the
processing of your case.
看这信的意思是需要我提交体检表I-693，但是我当初提交485的时候明明已经提交了
693，是不是USCIS 的人给弄丢了？有人有类似的经历吗？我的体检还没有过期，我可
不可以找当初的医生重新开一份693？应该不需要重新做体检了吧? 我的当初的体检项
目如下：
Td,MMR(当初入学的时候打的，09年3月打的, Varicella, Influenza 没打因为体检的
时候是3月份，已经不用打流感疫苗了。

发帖数: 4965 | 3 如果你真是3月体检的，需要打流感疫苗。所以很大可能你的体检报告不合格，被打回
来重做。
"For purposes of the immigration medical examination, the flu season starts
on October 1 and ends on March 31 each year. If your immigration medical
examination is during this period, you are required to have the seasonal flu
vaccine."

发帖数: 10550 | 4 是有可能USCIS弄错了。我家属还收到RFE说没有交照片，面试时候要带着，文字和你这
个体检的完全一样。律师检查了记录说肯定交过的，应该是移民局弄错了，但是既然
RFE了还是需要再准备 |
