公司的步骤是: 1. 申请prevailing wage determination 2. 广告 3. 提交PERM
申请
prevailing wage已经下来一段时间了,上面有有效期,这个月底过期
广告打了30天,现在在30天的静默期,hr在处理
请问PERM的申请必须在prevailing wage有效期之前提交上去么?因为prevailing wage
到这个月底过期, 是不是应该在月底之前把PERM提交了?
hr办事慢吞吞的,害怕他们不能在月底提交。请大家指教!
如果月底之前不能叫PERM,是不是又要重新申请PW,然后再打广告?

律师脱了一个多月给我们,我们hr又拖了不少时间
然后才开始广告
现在就搞得时间很紧急
如果要重新pw的话,又要重新打广告么?

you are good. After cool-off period, you have to file PERM within 180 days
from 1st day of recruitment starts, if no qualified U.S. worker can be found
for the job. |

e*******3 发帖数: 197 | 9 Let me clarify: If recruitment starts after PW certified, 2 mandatory
recruitment steps (2 Sunday newspaper + state workforce agency job order
placement) and 3 optional recruitment steps have to be finished within the
validation of PW. Then there are min 30 days cool-off period before the PERM
to be filed. PERM is not necessarily to be filed within PW validation. If
recruitment starts BEFORE PW get certified, PERM has to be filed within
PW validation date. |
