EB2 I-140 Approved
EB2 -> EB3 140 上个月file降级，但是PP未成功，现在EB3 140 Pending状态
下个月EB3 PD current了 打算file 485 + EAD + AP + 追加 I140 PP （加spouse
485 w/ EAD & AP），但是律师收费太贵 （$3000 +) ，所以打算DIY。
看了板上的帖子好像这样DIY可行，但是心里还有有点没谱。
还望请有经验的朋友给背书一下，这样的DIY可行么，有啥风险？如果被退回，能很快
的重新file么（赶在5月底之前）？
板上还有谁打算DIY的欢迎加好友一起战斗哈：）

发帖数: 4965 | 2 I would suggest to re-file I-140 PP now.
My 1st 140 PP was filed after getting 140 receipt, but was rejected by USCIS
. Two weeks later, the lawyer filed another PP request and got the 140
approved
within 10 days.
Also it is better to file 140 PP request solely. If 140 PP is not accepted,
no impact to other applications. But if you file a PP request with 485
applications, it is possible the whole package will be returned if the PP is
rejected.
