请问降级的各位，你们也是这样吗？ 律师公司是Fragomen
下面是律师回信：
“Please note that the I-140 petition cannot be filed with Premium
Processing as the USCIS must retrieve the original certified from your prior
I-140 filing before they can process the EB3 I-140. They will only allow
us to upgrade the I-140 petition to Premium Processing once we receive the I
-140 receipt notice. As such, there will be an extra fee of $188 for us to
upgrade the I-140 to Premium Processing. ” |

收据后再追加pp，容易成功
