发帖数: 885 | 1 My case was pending at Chicago field office for over 15 months. I did
interview and submit Response for RFE. My priority date is current (Jun 2012
). I went to Info Pass on Jan 23rd, 2017. The officer for Infor Pass told me
they will make a descision within 30 days. They also asked me to be patient
as there are piles of cases in the office.
Will they really make a descion within 30 days? Should I wait until 2/23 to
do a Service Request? I am also renewing my EAD. the mail delivered to TSC
center on 2/2, but NO TEXT/EMAIL confirmation message so far!
Why I am so unlucky and everything being slow??? So frustrated!!!
