一月份current, 但是一直没有收到RFE, 月初联系议员, NSC给的回复像是还没开始处
理,让30天再联系.这种情况除了干等还有什么方法么,谢谢
The immigration files containing your constituent's Form I-485 cases will be
reviewed to confirm its appropriate placement in the queue awaiting
assignment to an adjudicating officer. However, while the Form I-485 unit
at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) is aware of the congressional interest
in this case, we are unable to determine the date on which these
applications will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and when the
adjudication process will be completed. Additionally, please note that we
are unable to grant requests for expedited processing in employment-based
Form I-485 cases.
While we are unable to determine the date on which these permanent residency
cases will be assigned to an adjudicating officer and when the adjudication
process will be completed, you may follow-up with the NSC Congressional
Unit after approximately 30 days from the date of this inquiry. We would be
pleased to provide an additional case status update based on a future
