我估计是我eb1a申请140的时候填写了雇主？我倒是职位和公司也没变，明天去找hr填
写一下，下周就要交这个材料了，真服了uscis连eb1a都要这个表。
对了，上面写的1月17号之后file485和之前file485的都要交这个表。没提180天的事。 |

Supplement J form according to the instruction.

就也让我填了这个表，一起寄给移民局了 |

需要
当然，你多交也没坏处，只是会造成后人的不便

no time to argue with them on this...I have to bring the filled form in case.
