十月份遇到USCIS承认第二排期，公司就帮我们从eb2降级eb3，同时file了140和485。
查了下case:
2016/10/31 Advance Parole application filed.
2016/12/21 Received USCIS Receipt Notice(s). Awaiting adjudication.
然后12月29号去打了指纹。有下面几个问题想请教下：
1. 看板上说一般file485以后3个月左右拿到AP/EAD，请问是从律师寄出485算起还是从
收到USCIS收据算起呢？
2. 最近因为一些事情需要尽快回国，公司律师的FAQ关于travel是这么说的：
“You must be in the U.S. at the time the AOS application is filed. After
the AOS has been filed, you can travel internationally if”
我的理解是现在已经过了AOS file的时候我已经可以离境了？（当然在没有拿到AP的情
况下我需要renew h1b visa回来） |

2. 不用AP回美的话，USCIS收到你的485申请后就可以离境了。

"Can I travel outside of the U.S. when my application for advance parole is
pending?
If you travel outside the United States while your Form I-485 application is
pending and you do not have a valid advance parole, your case may be denied
for abandonment. There is a narrow exception for individuals maintaining
certain nonimmigrant statuses."
It clearly says that a pending AP is as valid as a nonexistent one. The "
narrow exception" is for individuals in H/L status that return to the same
status when coming back.

if the foreign national is otherwise authorized to depart and return because
the foreign national has
an 1-485 pending and is readmitted as an H-1, H-4, L-1, L-2, K-3, K-4, V-1,

我的情况和搂主非常相识，也是同时file 了140 和485但是没有加急140。现在不知道
还值不值得加急。
