are all called "notice of action"
It belongs to your employer(your company or the attorney works on your case
for your company should have it). Some companies share its full copy with
its beneficiaries, some share the receipt number, some don't give anything.
If yours is the 3rd case, only way you can find related information is going
through FOIA request from USCIS, which takes a while...
