There are two charts on the October Visa Bulletin. One is for Final Action
Date and the other is Filing Date. The USCIS does not honor the Filing
Date. That date is for individuals who are not in the US and are filing in
person at the Department of State’s National Visa Center. The
Department
of State is not the same as the USCIS. Such filing requires individuals to
be outside of the US for a substantial amount of time while their petition
processes. The Final Action Date is for individuals that are already in the
US and working here. We cannot file your I-485 until your priority date
comes current on the Final Action Date chart. I know it is very confusing,
but, trust me, this is correct. Baker |

但是，是不是愿意查就另外一回事了。
你应该file foia去找uscis要求一份140的复印件。时间多长就不好说了。

要自己交个485必须自己做foia，自己想想对么？
老中就是tmd喜欢自己折腾自己。485出生证明必须“一式三份出生公证”这种扯淡惯例
，也是某些傻逼老中搞出来的。结果老中人人都交这个傻逼公证，搞的移民局以为这是
中国政府标准文档，少一页他们就不认
其他国家怎么搞？很多国家的485申请人去医院开个条子签个字就ok了。移民局照收不误

否则140哪来给个人的approval notive，foia给你的也是approved i140复印件，其实
就是公司给你递交的140上面盖了个approved章而已
