发帖数: 637 | 2 DHS is in the process of implementing this EAD for I140 rule based on
President Obama’s Nov 2014 Executive Action. Rule Making is different from
Congress passing a bill to a Law.
Rule Making – Federal Agencies making changes to existing law ( or
clarifying a new way to interpret the existing law) within they allowed
limits/authority. EAD for I140 is being implemented via Rule Making Process.

being implemented.

DHS/USCIS publishes the Rule to OMB for Approval (Completed on Nov 20, 2015)

DHS/USCIS publishes the Rule for Public Commenting (From Dec 31, 2015 )
Public Comment Period is Complete (Completed on Feb 29, 2016)
DHS/UCIS Review the Public Comment and Prepared Final Rule (Feb to XYZ)
DHS/USCIS Submits the Final Rule to OMB for Approval (No confirmed ETA)
OMB Approves the Rule
DHS/USCIS published the Rule in Federal Register

要求给140EAD,还差5万多个人，大家去签个名吧，好歹发出点呼声啊。
