140有沒有連在一起。tier 1說這個需要tier 2。讓我留了個電話說打回來。等了大概
1-2個小時的樣子，tier 2的小哥說他也沒法知道具體情況，需要幫我做一個SR。
下面是SR的回覆（郵件）。請同學們看看還有啥好弄的。想趕在這個月把問題解決了。。

告知“to be assigned by an officer".感觉帮助不大。而且在30天内不能以同样理由
SR。
