This is a 485 transfer request.
We (xxx, primary applicant, File #: LINxxxxxx/Axxxxxx; xxxxx, File #:
LINxxxx/Axxxxxx) would like to kindly ask for your help to transfer our
pending I-485s (currently associated with EB-2 based I-140) to the newly
approved EB-3 based I-140(File #: LINxxxxxx) for which visa numbers are
currently available for us. According to the latest visa bulletin in April,
2016 and May, 2016, the final action date is 08/15/2013 for China-born
applicants and my priority date is 10/10/2012, which is before the final
action date.
因为看到版上说说relink一定要written letter，所以比较紧张。之前4/11 做一个SR(
用主id做的)，没有加 “This is a 485 transfer request.”，得到的回复如下：
The status of this service request is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your
case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform
additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing
time.
