USCIS has unfortunately refused to accept our request for Premium Processing
for your EB-3 I-140 petition - they mailed the check back to me. They have
stated that they require the original labor certification (which they
already have - it was filed with your EB-2 I-140) in order to accept this
petition under Premium Processing. So, we will have to wait for the
petition to proceed under regular processing. |

going to re-file the petition under regular processing. They told me the
exactly same reason as what your attorney told you.

发帖数: 2629 | 10 如果你是为了赶这个降级大潮绿的，正常审批140肯定来不及，必须PP，一次不行两次
，两次不行三次，继续上。律师不愿意也没办法，法律没规定不可能这么处理，你自己
要去主动争取。
