My status changed from "fingerprint fee was received" to "Document Was
Mailed To Me". My PD is 10/12, RD 6/15. EB3 TSC. I asked State Senator to
contact TSC about 10 days ago.
What does it mean? Is it a RFE or a letter saying please keep waiting? | c*******n

发帖数: 1112 | 5 I got an email today saying the document was returned to USCIS by Post
Office because they cannot deliver it. So confusing.
I just called T2, she said their system is down today, she cannot see what
document was sent to me. She said probably the document was sent earlier and
returned but the online status didn't adjust right away and they resent it
today and the online status changed so I got an email about the returned
document earlier. Also it is possible a glitch of their system causing the
email by mistake.
No meaningful information from USCIS so far.
I really need some good luck!
