发帖数: 313 | 1 EB1-A的140 pp approved后收到TSC自动发来的电子approval notice.
上面写了一个priority date，是我之前公司sponsor的EB2的priority date。
这里有两个问题：
1）EB1-A 140也有PD的么？不是一直都Current的么？
2）这里显示了之前EB2的PD是否表明已经和公司之前file的485已经link上了？（我的
雇主在去年年中的时候帮我提交了485，当时是按照EB2提交的。之后我在自己申请EB1-
A的时候在表格里填写了我提交485时候的A number,还有当时485的receipt number,还
有之前eb2的 receipt number）.
还有就是这个"Classification: E11"是不是对应 "Individuals of extraordinary
ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, (E11)"，就
对应EB1-A?
