I did three times of online SR from Oct 2015, usually the next day they will
reply but not much information was given.
Then I started to ask help from the congress office and they requested to
speed up the background check in Jan, personally I think they can really
help us, because at that time after two weeks the congress office updated me
that the case was moved to the supervisor. The case worker who helped my
case is really nice and always called me to update me.
If anyone need more information, please feel free to ask.
