If you are applying for adjustment of status, you may submit Form I-693
in one of the following ways:
• Submit Form I-693 by mail, together with your Form I-485,
Application to Register for Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to the
location specified for your Form I-485 (see “Direct Filing Addresses for
Form I-485”).
• Submit Form I-693 by mail, after filing your Form I-485, to the
location specified in your most recent communication with USCIS (for example
, a Request for Evidence letter from USCIS).
• Submit Form I-693 in person, at an interview in a USCIS field
office (if an interview is required).
It's unlikely for me to get approval in one year and the medical exams will
expire in one year. Do I really need to submit form I-693 now?

Regarding the medical exams, USCIS has not issued guidance yet on the new
eligible to file cases and submission of the medical exams with the I-485.
You are correct that historically USCIS has ACCEPTED the I-485 and then
issued an RFE in the future once you actually become current. While this may
still be the case, USCIS has not issued definitive guidance.

年有效的回到多年有效的可能性不大。
另外，要等一年以上的相信到时候还是要RFE EVL 的。那时侯我觉得应该同时RFE体检
报告的。所以不管怎样，肯定还是会受到RFE 的 |

MEDICAL EXAM IS NOT REQUIRED
Please note that you are not required to prepare your medical examination at
this time, as they are only valid for a one-year period and will likely
expire before your case is adjudicated. If the medial records are submitted
at the time of filing the AOS and they expire before green card approval,
you will be asked to obtain new exam results again when the case is ready to
be adjudicated. It is possible to file the AOS without the medical
examination results and supply them later when USCIS asks for it.
然后我问了一下现在不交有啥风险，律师回信：
The medical examination are not required for those who are eligible to file,
but priority date is not current. Those applicants whose priority date is
current must submit the medicals. We may supply the updated medicals to the
USCIS once requested to do so.
感觉第二封回信跟第一封没啥区别，律师估计是认为final action date current才算
真的current。

imcomplete也可以，最后肯定还是要RFE再体检一次的。查了下，跟移民医生说不打任
何疫苗，200刀以下搞定。准备花这400刀的冤枉钱了。 |

无所谓了，rfe迟早会来的
