who had a contract with my company. The attorney was not a good guy. I
pushed him few times. Every time He said I was working on your case.At the
beginning of 2013, my boss told me he wanted to give me a promotion. I told
him it was not good for my GC application. Then he only increased my salary
and he said he can wait until my I-140 approval.2014 February, my H1B visa
would be expired in 10 days. We found my attorney lied. He didn't do any for
my H1B extension, which we sent a request in July 2013, and after few times
push, he said he done in November 2013, and we just need waiting approval
from USCIS. In addition for my Green Card, he didn't submit application for
my Perm, which should be done in October, 2013. The guy was fired. A new
attorney worked for my case. April 2014, my boss told me he had to give me a
promotion due to we need more person in my department, and they would
report to me. Our HR told my attorney. My attorney said she was ready for
application of my Perm. But due to my promotion, she had to re-start from
the beginning. She submit my Perm in September 2014. it was approval in
February 2015. But the original Perm was lost by Post Office. My I-140
application had to be submitted in May 2015, until today, it was showed on
USCIS website, "Case was received".
my experience for Green Card application:
1. you need an attorney worked for yourself, not your company. if it is
possible. The attorney worked for my company didn't reply my email. Every
time, I need push HR, ask him contacted with my attorney.
2. you need check your status after your get the receiving number from
attorney at every step. My 1st attorney told me the receiving number. I
trusted him and I didn't check my status. If I know how to check and checked
it, we can know he lied earlier. As you know, If he could submit my Perm at
the time he told me in October 2013.it should be approved in March 2014 and
then worked on my I-140. I should get my I-140 approval before June 2015.
And then my 485 should be submit in August 2015!
3. you cannot trust post office. My original Perm was lost even though it
was shipped with a tracking number. If it is possible, go to your attorney
office to pick up the original approval. |

. Something changed in my company. I maybe lay off before my 140 approval.

今年我认识几个人升降级无perm原件直接pp都成功了
你可以追加pp试试 如果不接受不会扣钱

模式
，后来看很多人不懂语法错误多但可以说话，后来发现中国高等教育是[彻底]失败了，
最多只能培养出几个搞原子弹的。

submit a request to USCIS to send a new copy of the perm to the center that
has your I-140. I think only your lawyer can do this. And USCIS won't give
you update on it. You just have to keep submitting PP request to try if it
can go through. It's very frustrating but it might work.

boss works at another State. I only met him two times. But I can discuss it
with HR. Thanks.

一个小问题，把"my green card" 改成 "the green card"比较适当些。如果你文章里
有很多my, I 等开头的东西，看上去就有点强硬。一般改成被动语态，或者换个说法比
较好。
我觉得语法其实还是小问题。但说话带出来的口气，需要注意点。
