发帖数: 7 | 1 It's been so long and I was kind giving up as I've filed the I-485 last May
with my employer based I-140 petition. Still, this approval final came
through in the end and perhaps provides a secured backup plan.
At least 3 SR's, one on-site Infopass, 1 change-of-address, couple of phone
calls to the USCIS. Nothing seemed to be able to expedite the process at TSC.
Staff in Senator Cory Booker (Democrat, New Jersey) office finally made the
difference. Within 30 days of his office initial request, the petition is
approved -- the 30-day-approval is predicted by his staff, which I gather is
generally the case for their request.
My background: CS PhD, 5 top 1st author peer-reviewed publications, with
about 30 citations. I hired Victoria Chen from WeGreened. I'd recommend her
because she is professional, timely, and very responsive.
