刚刚收到FP的notice 08/18。但可能当天去不了了。我们在考虑要不要reschedule。请
问一下：
1. reschedule一般会reschedule到 original FP time的多久之后？几天几周还是几月？
2. 明天给uscis mail reschedule notice还来的及吗？是不是一定要在08/18前uscis
process了reschedule request才算？
3. reschedule会影响整个case的处理时间吗？（PD 07/13，考虑到如果下月应cut off
应该会退，已经做好了长久战的准备）
