选了“You need Service on a case that has already been filed＂－＞＂Case
Services follow-up appointment＂
结果每次我们这边的ｆｉｅｌｄ ｏｆｆｉｃｅ 都显示“At this time, there are
no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please
try back again later.＂
都无法预约，急死了．这种情况常见吗？

好像选的不是这个。 应该选“You need information or other services”。如果不
行就是最近已经被预约满了，过两天再试试
