我是EB2 降EB3，现在relink了已经RFE。 我是给EB2 的I140 还是给 EB3 的？ 还是两
个都给（不会confuse吧）？

140 receipt number, priority date, and preference category. Please send

For I-485: Include case information on the related petitions (i.e. the I140
or I130 filed), as well as the visa category and priority date for those
