This is XXXXXX from the Congresswoman’s Office. I just spoke
with a representative at the Texas Service Center and he explained to me
that you and your families case is with an examiner being reviewed right now
. This is a good thing because generally it goes to the examiner before it
goes through final approval. The only thing that can continue to hold your
applications up would be if there are any problems with the security
background check. I have been asked to follow up with USCIS after a month to
determine what is going on with your case. I am hoping that they have an
answer for us sooner than a months’ time but right now that is the amount
of time that I have been asked to wait before contacting them about your
case again. Thanks for your patience regarding this matter.

发帖数: 6660 | 2 Bless，刚才还有个3月的RD说快要等哭了，一看，泥马15年的3月。
你这个回信还是透露了点信息的，但是看着觉得很矛盾。意思是说有人在review你的
case，但是又说Background check有可能会造成delay，难道不是background check了
，才会review你的case么？
我建议你回信问问清楚。 |
