公司律师给我发信中这么写：Please note that you and all family members
applying for AOS must be both lawfully and physically present in the U.S.
when the AOS applications are filed, and you must remain physically present
in the U.S. until we receive evidence that USCIS has received your AOS
application.
Please advise us immediately if you have any travel plans within the next 3
months so that we can coordinate the filing of your AOS application with
your travel plans.
IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION AFTER AOS IS FILED: Once the AOS application is
filed, you cannot depart the U.S. unless:
1. You have a valid Advance Parole (AP) document. At the same time as we
file your AOS, we will file an application for Advance Parole on your behalf
. The current processing time for AP applications is approximately 3 months.
We will notify you as soon as it is approved; OR
2. You are in valid H-1B or L-1 status, you have a valid H or L visa
stamp in your passport that you can use to reenter the U.S. after foreign
travel, and you will continue to be employed in H-1B or L-1 status when you
reenter the U.S. (If they have valid visa stamps, your family members in H-4
or L-2 status may also travel abroad.) If your existing visa stamp has
expired, you will need to apply for and obtain a new visa before returning
to the U.S.

律师说提交485后4-6周会有FP。如果离境，请做好随时短期回美的准备。 | b******l
发帖数: 860 | 3 情况一样，都赶一起了。正H1/4 extension 并申请H4EAD（还不知道寄没寄出），7月
中间两周回国，机票啥的都买了。律师说如果我在国内期间H1下来了我就得等着他们给
我把i797寄中国。然后现在又current了。问律师咋办，律师还没理我。

发帖数: 860 | 4 重看了一下，楼主这个情形比较简单。八月底的travel，485收据怎么也有了。就还用
H1该咋走咋走。我这个7月中间两周旅游的最苦恼。就算律师给力7月1号递上去，走前
也不知能否拿到485 收据。如果回来递，又担心哪里有点差错要递不出去8月一退潮就
瞎了。现在看来比较可靠的是准备好一切，放律师那儿，确认没问题了等我一回美国就
递。
