感觉NSC是完全按照RD在批阿，这个月好像都是RD 2014.2-2014.3的。 |

发帖数: 187 | 2 好像确实是这样，RD 2014.4-2014.5的都是排期在2012/9/2-2012/9/30之间的，或者是
换工作I-140刚批的老PD，RD在这个区间的人估计不会很多。
希望下个月能处理到 :( |

NSC got my RFE response on 5.15.2015
And sent both online SR and letter of relink request on June 1st, 2015.
Only got response from SR saying my case is under review , should hear from
them within 60 days.
What should I do now?? Ask for help from Senator/congressman?

15. Then no update. Called T2 yesterday, and I was told the latest update is
less than 30 days, can't see more information. Just let me wait.

relink上了吗？看大家说call T2, 这个T2是什么？号码是多少？多谢！ |

officer, 这个是不是就是传说中的T2? 他说看不到系统里是不是relink成功了，说再
帮我发一个request出去，然后要了我的email说会10天内给回音。希望有好运！

(l) Transferring an Adjustment of Status Application from One Underlying
Eligibility Basis to Another .
(2) Guidelines (When considering a request by an adjustment applicant to
convert the basis of his or her application, an adjudicator should take the
following into account
(L) The Priority Date must Be Current for the Basis to Which the Applicant
Wishes to Convert .
In order to convert an adjustment application to a new basis involving a
preference classification, the alien must be the beneficiary of an approved
visa petition (pertaining to that new basis) which has a current visa
availability date. With limited exceptions, a priority date is NOT
transferrable from one preference category to another, or from one petition
to another.
