If you are in H-1 or L-1 status, you may be permitted to travel
internationally if 1) you are still eligible for H-1 or L-1 status, 2) you
will resume employment with the same H or L employer upon return to the
United States, 3) you are in possession of a valid H-1 or L-1 visa stamp (
not applicable to Canadian citizens), 4) you have a valid passport, and 5)
you are not in removal, deportation, or exclusion proceedings.
