我09年开始办EB2,2010年6月的pd。
12年的时候，大潮2010年5月，没赶上。
同年换工作，2012年11月又重新办卡。结果就碰到了效率奇慢的律师，到现在龟爬还没
将140批准，去年8月初file的。
现在眼看2010年6月的又current，可是140还没有批准。目前体检好了正准备交485。
律师各种不给力。

这是律师的话：
"With respect to speeding up your green card, spending the $1225 for I-140
premium processing is a complete waste of money at this time. Please do not
spend the money. It will not speed up your green card.
As you know, it was legally impossible to file the I-485 until this month
because of green card quota backlogs. The I-485 is the final step and you
cannot obtain your green card until that is approved. The I-140 could have
been approved last year or tomorrow, and it would not affect when your green
card is granted. An approved I-140 locks in place a priority date, but
that was already done before you came to XYZ (MY EMPLOYER). So you do not
need to premium process this I-140 to lock in place a priority date.
Premium processing does not in any way speed up advance parole. Advance
parole depends on the I-485, not the I-140. So as soon as you return the I-
485 materials to us, we can submit them with the advance parole application.
USCIS will probably take around 90 days to issue the parole. This is the
case even if your priority date retrogresses. Premium processing the I-140
will have no effect on this timeline whatsoever. "
