发帖数: 385 | 5 Attorney emailed me saying - "Our office will draft a letter for XXX to sign
verifying your employment. As for the medicals for you and your spouse,
please have the medicals taken again." which sounds to me like my hr will
provide EVL to them and they gonna take the responsibility to mail
everything to USCIS. I will take advantage if they mail for me:) but I'll
double check with them later on.

发帖数: 385 | 6 Just found out that my attorney also received letter for my RFE from USCIS
and they just drafted EVL now for my company to sign and they will collect
everything then mail to USCIS. So seems like USCIS mail RFE to both
applicant and law office.

们自己的没有。回复时需要把那页纸放最上面 |
