发帖数: 6571 | 4 为什么你孩子被迫转成F1呢？是因为超过21岁了吗？
你NIW已批准，意思是140批了。如果485还没递交，那就不算给你孩子申请了移民。但
如果已经递交了，你孩子就不用转成F1，转了就等于放弃绿卡申请了。 |
