标 题: 请教：J2要renew EAD时填写I-765 form问题

不知道是不是来错了版面，只是来请教版上有经验的人：
J2要renew EAD，在填写I-765 form。
现在填写第11项“Have you ever before applied for employment authorization
from USCIS?”
选yes.
但是下面的一项不知道怎么填：which USCIS office?
因为我弄丢了上次收到EAD时的approval receipt,记不得这个信息了。只记得上次寄出
EAD申请时是从Illinois州寄到Phoenix AZ的。
打电话问USCIS customer service了，也不知道问哪个。

发帖数: 95 | 2 I searched one old post as follows. And I see one number on my EAD indeed
begins with LIN139*****.
So it should be LIN - Nebraska Service Center which approved my EAD, Right?

看797的approval notice啊，還保存吧？至少EAD卡上可以確認servicec enter。比如
：
The first three letters indicate the USCIS service center which is
processing the petition, as follows:
- EAC - Vermont Service Center;
- WAC - California Service Center;
- LIN - Nebraska Service Center; and
- SRC - Texas Service Center. |
