标 题: 奇怪，I485 status 变了，

我的PD 02/2010 Rd 10/2013， 没有current 但I485 status 变成intial review。我
就住texas， 为什么transferred my case ？

ADJUST STATUS
Your Case Status: Initial Review
On July 9, 2014, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER
PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to another office for processing and
sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions
provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.
If you move while this case is pending,please use our Change of Address
online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer
service center at 1-800-375-5283 |

ADJUST STATUS
Your Case Status: Initial Review
On July 9, 2014, we transferred your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT
RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, to your local USCIS Office for further
processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you
a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if
further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change
of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

if you don't have anything near fatal (like 1 non-felony conviction + 1 CIMT
arrest etc) no need of a lawyer. |
