Expedite 如果发到officer手里，那个officer顺便就找出你的file，顺便就给你批了
。批谁不是批呢，多半expedite本身还是一个case，批了你的，能把Expedite case也
close了啊。 |

那這個就只有工卡了，綠卡呢？這個會加速綠卡處理麼？最惡心的是每次打去都要教他
們數學，實在是無語啊！
