a review do your application indicate that your school has not recommended
you for OPT，and there is no from I-20 showing your school has made
recommendation of OPT. Please submit form I-20 endorsed within 30 days of
filing form I -765 with USCIS and within30 days the designated school made
the recommendation of OPT in SEViS
2. Pre-completion OPT request
Your application indicates that you are requesting full time pre-completion
OPT. Full time OPT can only be requested during vacation or holidays break
Please clarify as to whether you are requesting part time pre-completion OPT
, or provide documentation that you will be employed during a designated
school holiday or vacayion. |

我在想是不是副申请人的765 表的16 栏填错了。
16. Go to the "Who May File Form I-765?" section of the instructions. In the
space below, place the letter and number ofthe eligibility category you
selected from the instructions. (For example, (a{8), (c[17(iii), etc.).
副申请人填的是 c 3 iii, 是不是这里有问题啊？ |

律师给填的表？只能问律师了吧？实在不行重新提交一个 I-765的申请就可以了吧？
