前律师把材料邮寄出去就好了？ 急需一个EAD.

如果大家觉得来得及，我就aggressive一点，直接给律师或者律师的老板打电话，另外
催一下公司的immigration部门。
另外我之前问律师如果perm批了，有没有可能降级，他说"It is possible, but I
think unlikely based on the fact that your LC has not yet been certified.
The main issue will likely be that even once the LC is approved it can take
a couple of weeks to receive the approved LC and we must have that to file
the case. We will have to wait and see on the results of the case"。他说的是

赶紧催，用最aggressive的方式，拉上支持你的老板，还有老板的老板。
另外自己赶紧去看140/485 concurrent file的清单和填表注意事项，争取做到一旦律
师开办就把所有材料给他备齐，直接签字寄走。
最花时间的是体检打疫苗，所以赶快预约。

It probably takes one week instead of two week. so in theory, yes, you can
get approved LC next Thursday. but then you have to have it mail to HR to
sign....
So in sum, very slim chance now. I think you lost your precious time because
your perm is probably approved a week ago. Your lawyer screwed your chance.

如果被RFE, 到时候就有正式版的了.

或者不交，等着RFE补。不过就怕被mailroom直接退件。。。
无论如何比不试强。如果check被cash了应该就会RFE而不是退件了。

another possiblity is that your perm was approved earlier, but your lawyer
just notifed you now.
So if that is true, your LC can arrive earlier.
You need to find out first when was your Perm approved first, today or one
week ago. then you can figure if you still can catch it. If it was really
approved today, then probably almost zero chance.

我们当时也是觉得140 approve收到就马上能交485，结果还是折腾了1周多
