说的信息太矛盾，请过来人点播：
1.一上来，核对个人信息，我用了网上看到的一个问法：would you please tell me
when is the latest update on my case processing milesones? 结果看到我的RD之
后马上说 you may get interview in your local office depending on the officer
. 但是后来我问是不是因为我的background check出了问题所以需要interview，她又
说you may and may not get interview. 晕，等于没说。
2.最让我不明白的是，她说我的case根本还没有assign to IO，她是凭什么判断我要
interview的呢？难道是因为background check 有了问题之后会反映在系统里面？
3.有一点体会就是千万别跟他们提background check 这几个词，就跟点名似的，立刻
开始念叨标准答案。下面也懒得理你了。
几天前的T2还说有过更新，当时以为已经发给IO了，看来完全就是误导啊。 | y******0

重点是他给你念叨的个人信息核实没问题就行了，什么时候你听到所有T2给你的信息一
致了，就作数了。我的经验是，想问background check，就放到最后最后，不经意的说

• Employment-based:
• The principal applicant is employed by the same petitioner who
submitted the approved underlying employment-based visa petition.
• The principal applicant has been approved as an alien of
extraordinary ability or alien of exceptional ability and is otherwise
eligible for adjustment of status.
• The principal applicant has been approved as an outstanding
professor or researcher, or a multinational executive/manager and has a
continuing offer of employment from the same petitioner who submitted the
underlying approved petition.
• Adjustment applicants who received national interest waivers based
on performing primary medical care to a medically under-served area must
demonstrate that they intend to continue according to the terms and
conditions of the underlying petition. |
