Questions:
1. After 90 I485 process days, if sending a letter to a senator for speeding
up I485, do they ask you to wait for TSC normal process time? or they will
help in any case. (anyone experienced please comment)
2. How long does it take you guys(anyone who sent a letter to a senator) to
ask for helps?

发帖数: 274 | 3 1) a senator will not push the uscis, his office will only send an inquiry,
it is the same as you call a tier 2 officer or request a SR. And the senator
's office will ask you to wait for at least the normal processing period
which is 4-6 months before you contact your senator. in general, it doesn't
help too much.
