It's a little more complicated than that. An entirely new PERM case would
need to be pursued and advertised (etc.), and could not be filed earlier
than about 3 months from now due to the timing of the various steps required
within the PERM case process. An EB-3 case would also need to be for a
lower-level job than the one you currently hold (one that requires less than
a masters degree and less than 5 years experience). |

估计会复杂一些吧

人不推荐这个concurrent file，说一旦140被拒了485也会被拒绝从而浪费钱。
根据以往经验公司肯定会听律师的建议。。。。

发帖数: 8333 | 11 其实最次也就是律师费申请费打了水漂而已。而且目前看来没什么问题。
如果真的特别需要EAD，就跟公司说自己出钱办。
