My LC was approved under EB2 not file 140 yet. I just consulted my lawyer if
I should file 140 under EB2 or EB3. The lawyer replied me that EB3 will get
green card faster. So they decided to file EB3. My question is if I go with
EB3 and EB3 steps back (let's say more than EB2),can I still file another
140 under EB2? what does it need to change to EB2?
